Adrian
Knight-Rezarie
FOUNDER/DIRECTOR
Wife, Mom, Educator, Consultant, Mentor and Author. Adrian has a passion to help women live their best life by taking care of themselves first. Adrian has a Masters Degree in Instructional Design and Diversity Education. Adrian received her financial literacy training from the National Financial Educators Council. She is also an FDCI Money Smart Ambassador. Adrian founded Connect and Conquer Inc in 2019.
She has always had a heart and desire to help her community. Her goal has always been to encourage and empower women to improve their lives in all areas especially financial literacy.
Alisha Hinton
BOARD MEMBER
Entrepreneur, Community Mentor and Educator. Alisha has had the opportunity to assist aspiring business owners as they build their brand, work with at risk youth to help them create a path to their future. Alisha works with families to educate them on haircare and also implemented a vocational program for women incarcerated to reduce the recidivism rate. Alisha takes pride in seeing the positive turnaround for those who she advocates for and works with. In her spare time she enjoys going on adventures with family & creating memories.

Marivel Berry
BOARD SECRETARY
Marivel is a Property Manager in the South Florida area. She is passionate about helping people. She is always willing to lend a helping hand and assist those that are in need. As a previous client of Connect and Conquer Inc she learned skills to help her save money and improve her financial situation. She now loves to help others do the same.
Cylita Harris
BOARD MEMBER
Cylita Harris is an IT Quality Control Analyst with 20+ years of experience in the health insurance industry. She works in the Government Business Division of a Fortune 500 company. On top of working in corporate America, Cylita also owns and operates a commercial cleaning business. She received her Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Saint Leo University and also holds a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. Cylita is inspired by many things but the one thing that is near and dear to her heart is charity. There are many people out in the world working hard to make a change and she is proud and honored to be a part of the solution. In her spare time, Cylita likes to zipline, travel, bowl and play games with her children.
Torielle Filer
BOARD MEMBER
Torielle Filer is a Junior at Florida Atlantic University. She has always had a passion for giving back to her community. Torielle is Currently the President of the Pieta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. She is currently working on obtaining her Bachelors Degree as a History Major, with a Minor in Political Science. She is excited to be apart of helping the next generation learn the importance of Financial Literacy.
